Poser, the Cloth Room and comparable features in the DAZ Studio Dynamic Clothing pane

Is the Poser Cloth room and its features pretty much the same as the Dynamic Clothing pane in DAZ Studio? Are they both relatively easy to learn and use or is there is longer learning curve for one over the other? In order to use the Dynamic Clothing pane in DAZ Studio, does the clothing have to have special qualities built into it or can any piece of clothing be manipulated in the Cloth room? What are people's experiences with the the Poser Cloth room vs. the Dynamic Clothing pane?

2 completely different animals I am afraid.   The DS dynamic clothing control only works with items specifically designed for it.   THose which have Optitex as one of the vendors in the store.
