Failed load of scene object

So I'm guessing I'll have to close the program and loose all my work upto the last save.. 

But what happen is I tried to load and object from my content library and it gave and error, 

failed to import, and the loading screen is stuck on the screen at 34%... cant seem to close it, have waited awhile to see if it would resolve itself..

any tricks to this? The object is corrupted, reinstall, etc?

A bit more information would be helpful. Which software, DS? If DS, which version?

What object/product are you trying to open? Some items need a bit longer in loading than others.

was daz 4.9, after closing the program after an hour because there was no progress.. I noticed my mistake.. I had loaded a magnet adjustment and not the prop :/ opps..
