exploding characters upon load?

So I have this scene I'm working on, and one of the characters in it I have to remake and pose everytime I reload the scene.. ie, save progress, close program, reload later to work on.. 

Problem is the character explodes, goes to like 10000%+ in scale with the morphs so jacked up it does not appear the be anything my sharp jagged edges, and not to mention that the scale and stuff shows normal in the parameters..

    DAZ Studio? Which version? Which base figure is it?

    Daz 4.9 with gen2 female.

    I should mention, the scene does have other gen2 fems that do not give me any problems.

    Solved.. I guess... it was actually not the character, it was an item of clothing.. deleted the item, and just have to reapply the item and surfaces... a lot easier then doing it all over... one step in the right direction I suppose.

    Which item of clothing was it?

    thought i posted what it was, guess it didnt show up..

    it was from pusey designs, gen1 underwear bra (freebie)  with a swimsuit texture.. but applied to a gen2 female..
