Removing orphaned files in 4.9

Tried DB maintenece> remove  But njothing happens. The box closes without effect. Tried in both smart content and content library. Is there something new to do/

The function was entirely removed in the current 4.9 beta because apparently it doesn't work on the current database.

As far as I understood, they have this on their to do list and will provide an adapted function "DAZ Soon".
