Stupid Question + "bug"/inadequacy + suggestion

Stupid question:  Where is the proper place to suggest features?

Bug (probably more of an inadequacy):  Perspective view, after a scene is loaded, after Daz is just started, of course Perspective view starts at (0,N,0).  If I select an object from the Scene pane and 'aim' it, it works fine; if I try to 'frame' it, it behaves the same as 'aim' -- does not zoom the selected object into the frame.  This isn't what I expect.

Suggestion:  I would like to see a feature that would let you set Perspective view to match an extant camera's view; does this already exist?
