Help Identifying a Chair Prop

Z Feminine Sitting Pose Mega Set for Genesis 9 and 8 Female | Daz 3D

Another search for a prop that probably doesn't exist, but here goes:  Does anyone know whether the chair used in the main promo is available, and if so, from what product?  I haven't been able to find anything close to it.

Zeddicuss offers that office chair in three or four of their products. Can't tell where the other chair(s?) are from, but as they look quite ordinary, they might be from about everywhere...

While I'm not sure of the chair, the other props look like they are from this set:

I suspect the shaders from that product were applied to the chair, too.

Next time we should all just scroll down to the "Products used for the promos" part *facepalm*

Edit: But even in those products shown the chair isn't included

@maikdecker Which is why I'm asking here.  The Jes Berlin set was the first item I checked, the chair just works with the set here, but I just can't find it.

Well, Zeddicuss sells on Renderosity, too, and there one has the option to contact PAs directly. Maybe ask them there?

Since it's not complex, I quickly made one... see if it can be usable.

I applied the shader presets from JES Berlin. The chair has a cushion morph and is dForce ready (simulate it with a Timeline + Gravity : 0). Pls save it as whatever a figure asset or scene subset as you wish from the attached file.

Edit: If you don't have JES Berlin, just ignore the error message of missing files when opening DUF file.
