How do I add a shader preset or script to Favorites or Scripts menus?

I could have sworn you right clicked on any shader preset or script and had the options there but maybe I'm remembering incorrectly.  

I just got the Filatoon converter and would love to have that handy without scrolling down to the scripts folder every time.

    Yes, right-click on a preset>Create Custom Action.

    You can also right-click on a container, such as the Scripts folder, and make that a custom action - which would let you quickly go there, access the script, and then click back to return to your original location.
