Does Genesis 8.1 Female work in DAZ 4.23. Mine doesn't.

Hey all. I am returning to DAZ where I purchased this asset. It is a Genesis 8.1 Female. With the latest DAZ Studio 4.23 the assets no longer opens. Is a compatibility issue? Or am I doing something wrong? I redownload and reinstalled this asset. I get this error:

    How do you install? What are your content directory and install directory settings? What is the full text of the error, ideally from the log (Help>Troubleshooting>View Log File)?

    Thanks for your response. I am new to DAZ so your help is appreciated.

    I installed Gen8.1 Female from the DAZ Inatall Manager.

    My content and install directories are default. I didn't change them. Here is where the default install placed them:

    ( C:/Users/Public/Documents/My DAZ 3D Library )

    Make sure you are installing the current Genesis 8 Starter Essentials - it's possible you are using a Pre-8.1 version of the file. Try redownloading from your account or through DIM.
