G9 Hair texture & shaders issue

Hello! I have a problem with the G9 hair renders. As you can see on the picture, no texture is visible. I've searched the forum but haven't found an answer. If anyone knows what's going on...

I see grey hair i dont necessarily see hair without a texture.
What is "G9 hair"? couldnt you have mentioned the actual product you are using? and not cropped the screenshot? furnishing a post with details is usually an efficient way to get quality help from people.
likely in your case you will need to apply a material preset for that hair product. for all i know you have applied the grey hair material preset? If applying a product's hair material presets make no difference, perhaps you may not have the shader installed?
"I see grey hair i dont necessarily see hair without a texture."
That's indeed the issue here, yes.
"What is "G9 hair"? "
A hair designed to be use with G9
"couldnt you have mentioned the actual product you are using?"
All OOT products have the same problem
"and not cropped the screenshot"
Not sure the breast have something to do this the issue
"you have applied the grey hair material preset?"
No, any texture applyed results with the same thing.
If all OOT products have the issue, have you checked for product updates? You said you searched the forums, but if you search OOT hair shader issues, there are numerous threads...
I said "material preset" not texture.

I still dont know what the product is so can not give specific advice, as you refuse to share the product details, but if it is Strand Based Hair, you can apply Omnisurface Hair shader from Default Resources or any other strand based hair shader. Of course, without knowing the product this advice may not be relevant. Unfortuantely I am not psychic.
