the program closes during rendering

Hello everyone.
Today I couldn't complete a rendering because the program crashes and closes at 70% of the rendering and gives me an error.
I hope someone can help me

  • I also attach the screenshot

  • We would need the regular log, not the cloudlog - that is about Daz Studio working online to get metadata and install content etc.

  • Thanks for the reply.
Now I'm trying to do that rendering.
When the window opens after the rendering is blocked it saves me a zip with an errorlog.xml file, a crashdump.dmp file and a cloudLog.txt file inside

Avremmo bisogno del registro normale, non del cloudlog, che riguarda il lavoro online di Daz Studio per ottenere metadati e installare contenuti ecc.

  • Rendering stopped abnormally again. I attach a screenshot. I restarted Daz and downloaded the log.txt file
I hope someone can help me solve this problem. Thanks

  • Hmm, the log just stops mid-render so nothing very helpful there. It might be worth using GPU-Z, from techPower Up, to monitor the GPU as your render - see if it is getting too hot, or memory is getting tight.

  •  I finished a new rendering with some more elements to test and it didn't crash. Maybe there's something wrong with this composition...

  • Perhaps something about the data sent to iray is just weid enough to trigger an issue. If the scene reliably crashes you could make an error report via a support ticket, attaching the log, the crash report, and the scene file.

  •  Ok, thanks, I'll see if I can do some cleaning and try again. If the problem persists I'll send a support ticket
