Is there an autofit item that can be used to transfer Aiko3 clothing onto Genesis2?

There is http://www.daz3d.com/a3-and-h3-shapes-for-genesis which you could use to fit to Genesis, save as a Figure Asset (File>Save as>Figure Prop Asset) and then AutoFit that Genesis item to Genesis 2.
