Skin tags

I have been unsuccessfully trying to find a Genesis 9 character with a skin tag on the neck or upper chest. I do not do ZBrush or anything advanced yet. It wuld be nice to have a utility for the average unskilled person like me be able to add this to any character. Skin Builder 8 was good, but I'd like the flexibility to place moles where I need to, and on Genesis 9.

You might be able to use Mesh Grabber to make a skin tag.
