Is there any freebies and paid Hand poses of Victoria 4,  Genesis Female 2/3/8,  holding up a smartphone and using its flash light ?

I have been searching for a day and a half.

Have you checked out DAZ PA Zeddicuss? They have a set of poses and props- "Modern Gadgets" that includes various poses with smart phones. It wouldn't be difficult to tweak one of the poses to show a G8 using the phone's flashlight. I think they also make other pose/prop sets with just the smart phone.

Foxclaw has a free smartphone and a couple of poses using it for G8F:

None is directly what you want, but you'll get a base to work with.

Aurora has a set of hands 'poses' for Victoria 9:

The poses with a prop are wearable presets, so you it'll load the phone directly in the hand, and as a negative, it can mean more work to convert them if the converter you're using is not capable of converting wearable presets (maybe a combination of bones minions and props minions will work, but I have neither of them).

One of my freebie G8F walking pose sets includes holding Foxclaw's phone mentioned earlier. It wouldn't be hard to change the arm and neck pose to look like a torch is being held. Walking poses.

I have also done a freebie LED pen torch and pose over on Renderosity.

Waiting in Line (https://www.daz3d.com/waiting-in-line) was designed for Poser for V4 and Genesis. It contains props (including a cellphone) and poses for them as well as 12 related poses.  It works fine in Daz Studio and is on sale today.
