G9 dforce highcut leotard

For some reason textures for the shoes won't load. I get an error message. "Error Opening File" - any ideas?
The shoes use a white base with the color layed on top, so it's a minor issue, but still confounding. I've reinstalled the package 3 times I believe.

The product seems to use Hierarchical Materials. Have you got the figure (Gen 9) selected - not the shoes?
Moved to Technical Help as it is a product, rather than a Daz Studio application, topic.
Ok, that's the problem. I was using them on a G8f and the Hierarchical Materials don't work cross-figure.
Select G8F or G8.1F, Edit > Figure < Scene Identification..., change Node Name: Genesis8Femaile or Genesis8_1Female to Genesis9. It'll work ... no matter you select G8F/G8.1F or the socks before applying H.Mat Presets.
Ok, thanks for the info. Though, I have dozens of shaders, I can make the half-shoes anything I want. :D I was just confused about why the innate textures didn't work.
Because Hierarchical Material Preset checks if the node structure especially the Node Name is in line with the data saved within the preset file. If it's not, it'll throw you error message.
First time I've run into that, so new lesson learned. :)
