Wings That Can Morph Into Cape

I was hoping a PA could create wings for a humaniod (G2F would be awesome =) ) that could change into a cape (check the link I've included).  Or two seperate props would work too, just it has to look like the wings are folded into the a cape, like the way Disney's Gargoyles wear their wings when they aren't flying  http://cdn.collider.com/wp-content/uploads/disney-gargoyles-goliath.jpg  Dragon wings would really suit my purposes personally, btw.  Just thought I would toss this idea out there.  Thanks =)
