3d printing dynamic hair

I have tried everything to make dynamic hair printable. I have used Blender and FreeCad to try to make manifold and it doesn't work. I have used "make solid" and tired to make the make sold hair manifold and that doesn't work. What do I do to make the hair printable. The hair that I'm working with is Portia hair.

    AFAIK thats just a dynamic cloth hair not strandbased so you should just be able to add thickness by extrusion in Blender

    it will still be strips/tubes as relies on transparency maps for the hair look
