The Ant Farm's Airdrop Bot

I recently purchased the Airdrop Bot from the vendor The Antfarm  I downloaded and installed it from the Install Manager. When I try to open the figure, I get the message that these files are missing. 

/data/TheAntFarm/ADB/AirDrop Bot/AirDrop Bot.dsf

/data/TheAntFarm/ADB/AirDrop Bot/UV Sets/TheAntFarm/Base/default.dsf

The figure appears but it's just big grey boxes. I unintalled then reinstalled it and recieved the same message. I then downloaded and installed it manually. I'm getting the same messages. Any idea how I can fix this?

If you look in DIM and click show installed files, is the list then fully blue (installed).

And if you look in your content library does the path that it is installed in then be the same as DS is looking?

And what is the full error text from the log?

Sub-folder of AirDrop Bot has a "space character" in data folder. Delete it. Then fill a ticket.
