Actually you can make them yourself... with simple modeling.

I expect this set, https://www.daz3d.com/hand-salon--fake-nails-and-jewelry will not fit your needs, but maybe the base can be used if you can find the appliances to add to the nails? 3DStyle's store has another product for nails but again, not with those little eyes or other things you show. But again, maybe https://www.daz3d.com/fabulous-nails-for-genesis-9 can provide a base?
