Armature not importing correctly in DAZ3D

So my rig in Cinema 4D looks normal, roates normally. 

When I import the FBX into Daz the mesh is wayyyyyyyyyy larger than my Armature, I don't know how to scale up the Armature or scale down the mesh without both affecting eachother (I try to scale up the rigging and it just scales the mesh with it) 

 

 How can I resolve this? Do I need to import it in a different file format?

    FBX shouldn't have an issue with scaling, unlike OBJ it (as far as I know) specifies the units used. Does the file reimport into Cinema 4D, or into any other applications you may have that can load a rigged GBX, without issue?

    It imports into C4D and Blender with the rigging in the correct scale and position.

    FBX importer clearly tells there're issues of non-uniform scale in the above 3rd screenshot. Is it a bought model... or you rigged it yourself ? by using what software ?
