Problem with loading model onto screen

Hello 

when I load up a model on daz studio 4.22 pro, all I'm getting is a blank screen (even does it when I open the programme) it's not bringing the editing grid or the model or anything.

if anyone can help then I would be very greatful

If you don't have the floor grid, you might have unticked it in the viewport menu (4 bars in upper right corner of the viewport).

Regarding the model need more information.

Is it any character or prop you are trying to load that doesn't give anything, where are you loading it from, and if you look in the log (Help > Troubleshooting > View Log) what does it say about it?

Maybe try to add a screenshot.

It may also be that the Viewport is closed, if you aren't seeing anything - does Window>Panes(Tabs)>Viewport bring it back?
