Unity and Daz3D products

Just getting started in Unity and noticing genesis characters for sale from Morph3D. Before I lay out cash for these items I need to know if I can use them or if I will get into trouble. Are they copyright free if I buy them from Morph3D and use them in a game?

Morph3D is Daz' sister company so yes, the content there is legitimate.
