Rendering Animation and 3D Bridge

Hello. I've been practing with animation the last few days. And I've experimented with both movie and frame series. The frame series gives me a transparent background while the movie setting gives me a black background. Can I render an animation under the movie setting and have a transparent background?

And to save a few steps down the line, is it possible to set an animation to automatically render frame-by-frame in photoshop using the bridge so I don't have to do each frame manually?
