Can anybody get this to work?

I can get the hair model to load in but when I go to:

Use material settings: ERROR

Use simulation settings: ERROR

Run simulation: ERROR

Is anbody else finding these issues?

Before the questions get asked, I'm running an iMac with all updates, Daz Studio with current update.

If I can't get this resolved, can I get a refund?

I don't own it. If you bought it within the last 30 days, you can get a refund by submitting a help request to the Sales department.

I don't have it.

But adding the log text might help clarifying the problem.

My guess is you are trying to apply hieracical material preset, and need to have the character selected to do that.

I've seen no issue so far with H.Material Presets as well as Simulation... I'm using DS 4.22/4.23 + Windows 11 x64... not sure if it's Mac OS related issue...

As for applying Hierarchical Material Presets, select G9 root node or the hair per se (as long as it's parented to G9...) will both do.

Better post DS log and a screenshot...

You really need to give more details - what you are loading/what you have selected in the scene, and the actual text of the error (ideally the log entry).
