GenX2 issue

Hi, I am uable to conver either morphs or characters from V4 to G2F. I haven't tried M4 yet, I was doing a practice run. I have all the required products. I get the below error every time. 

I have followed the .pdf manual to the letter. Even used Aiko 4 like in the example in the manual. 

I would greatly appreciate some help on this.

Thanks crosswind. No, I hadn't tried that work flow. I was using the manual that came with the product. I'll give this work flow a go.
