Is there a way to contact the artists that make items? I'm having some issues with a purchase of mine and thought maybe I could contact the artist for specific questions. Thanks for your help!

    If there is an official thread on the product ask there.

    If not, most all problem resolution is handled through Customer Service (Contact Us link at the bottom of the page).

    DAZ handles the support for PAs, that's part of the agreement they have. But you can always try to send them a PM in the forums.
