My most recent Technical Support request, submitted on October 4, 2024 at 4:29 AM (over 4 months ago) has not had any human response. I have another ticket over a year old with no human response. And I have many tickets in the "Bug Tracker" black hole. Ane many tickets that "time out" and get automatically closed and marked "Solved" when nothing has been done to fix them.
I used to feel like Padone, where I was contributing by reporting problems that could get fixed for everyone. It used to work that way when Emma was there. Now submitting a ticket is a waste of my time, sadly.
