Is there a way to make what visible in the viewport now, becomes frame 0 in the timeline?
But not by dragging all the latest keyframe back to 0 one by one.

If the current viewport is a frame, then select and copy all of its keys in the timeline. Delete all keys from the existing frame 0 and paste into that frame.
