Mesh Grabber Gone [SOLVED]

After a fresh install of Daz, I reinstalled Mesh Grabber via DIM.  However, Mesh Grabber does not appear under the list of installed plugins in this fresh install of Daz 4.23 Premier.  I see the Geometry Sculptor, but not Mesh Grabber.

Mesh Grabber DOES appear on my other computer which is also using Daz 4.23 Premier, but it was already installed on that computer before I upgraded to Daz 4.23.

I really, really need Mesh Grabber in order to use Daz.  As far as I can tell the sculpting tool doesn't do the same things as the grabber.  If this is not correct, I would really appreciate Daz making an in depth video showing how to use the sculpting tool because I find it very hard to do anything useful with.

    Did you accept the UAC prompt when installing (or Mac equivalent)?

    Are you talking about the Windows prompt for access?  Yes, I did.

    And did it install?  I thought I had UltraScenery installed and then found I didn't, probably because I was slow clicking the allow button. Check that Mesh Grabber is actually listed in the Installed tab in DIM (if you haven't already).

    I had to restart my computer.  Now it's showing up.
