The main promo uses a hair not sold at Daz3d. It is Gopnik Hair for Genesis 9 sold at Renderhub and 3dshards. 
@joanna is correct about the other hair.

I would say neither. The hair in Liam's promo is waaay too flat to be either. I vaguey recall similar hair in a promo for g8, but that would be a product released years ago.

It is similar though to the HS Ethan Bold Hair For Genesis 9, 8, and 8.1 Male | Daz 3D you linked to or it's also similar to the PFA product I bought yesterday: PFA Eclipse Flow Hair For Genesis 9 | Daz 3D
