Gen 3 poses on Gen 2 figures

Morning, I've found that Genesis and Genesis 2 poses work well on either figure but Genesis 3 poses don't work very well on Genesis 2. Appreciate Gen 3 has more posing and bend options than previous figures but has anyone managed to overcome this..?

Thanks Renomista! Looks like that's more for using Gen 2 poses on Gen 3. I'm looking for the other way round. Thanks for the reply though
