Hey guys! I need some advice. I'm using the G9 Scars and Wounds Pack. The problem is that I get this grey patch when I apply a scar to a G9 model. There's no skin texture. Can someone explain why and help me fix this?

Which shader is in use for the character's skin? You can check by seelcting the character and skin (e.g. click in that area with the Surfaces seelction Tool) and then looking at top-left of the Editor tab of the Surfaces pane.

The character has a PBR Skin.

And this is the base Victoria 9? Those look to be previews, does the effect go away with a full render?

  • Actually i do have this set, and it is doing soemthing odd - though in  my case I am getting the surfaces around the LI darkekend (so both the LI and the adjacent zones are too light) in a full render. Which preset  are you using here?

  • This is the base Victoria 9 full render. I have no idea why this is happening

  • I'm using Daz 4.15. Could that be the problem?

Problem solved. It doesn't work on 4.15. Updated Daz studio to 4.22 now it's working

  • Hmm, odd that I had issues in 4.23.0.1 then.
