Bryce Crashing when I enter the serial number

Bryce is crashing when I enter the serial number. I am working on a Mac, OS Mojave 10.14.6. How do I solve this problem?

Unfortunately, Bryce 7.1 only works on the Mac up to 10.6, not anymore on 10.7 and newer, so 10.14 cannot run Bryce I am sorry to say. Check this forum thread:
