CMS Postgres issues?

Okay

After my install of Daz Studio disapeared (folder and all) from my drive I have re-installed on another drive.

Unfortunatly I am running into the following issues:

DIM CMS not connecting

DS4.23 Postgress error

Yes I cleared firewalls etc etc and the install is just DS 64 & 32 at this stage.

The paths on the DIM are correct and DS CMS settings are default (as usual) so I have no idea whats going on.

Any suggestions
