I would like to know if I can undo the button on jeans.

Hello DAZ3D users.

I'm leaving a question here because there is a limit to the product description.

I'd like to know if it’s possible to undo the button on the jeans.

Simply put, can the button be fastened and unfastened when dressing or undressing?

If anyone knows, I would really appreciate your response. Thank you.

They are 6 open morphs on the jeans, looking like this (default G8F in her default pose with the jeans using FitOverShort morph at 100% because I used the short part of the product too)

Default (with the shortest setting for them, but they will look exactly the same with the other length: it's the same object):

    Open 1

    Open 2

    Open 3

    Open 4

    Open 5

    Open 6

If you want to have the short under the jean, with some open morphs, setting the short as the Mesh Smoothing target of the jeans instead of Genesis 8 will fix most pokethrough but in the most extrem case (Open 6), dialing Adjust-Hip to something like 20% added some improvment (you'll likely have to adjust the value depending on the pose you'll use: here I only used the Genesis 8 base pose):

The pockets also open, which is very useful for putting hands in pockets:

(Fingers only = 40% open, hand in = 100% open)

    Regards,

    Richard

Moved to technical help as it is a question about an exiting product, not a suggestion of a product to be made or a search for a product of a certain type or an identification request.

  • Thank you so much for the detailed explanation. It was very helpful.

  • Thanks a lot Mr. Richard.
