Bought Item show as not bought in Daz3d Store

I have several items that i bought in past days that show in daz3d shop as not purchase. Example: Yesterday I bought CJ Eden HD For Genesis 9 and Today Daz Store show me as not bought. I check my order and it is correct. I have downloaded the model in Daz Studio and using it without any problem. With  Faeryl for Genesis 9 i have the same problem.

I sent a request to Daz Help 4 days ago but I haven´t got any response.

I worry about buy the same items twice.

Someone else have the same problem?

    It's happened to me twice. I just logged out and logged back in, and the site showed everything correctly. Not sure what changed for this to happen.

    I just fixed this problem myself, I had to delete cache on my browser to get it to register that I had bought the items in question.

    Thanks !!! I log out and it seem everthing is correct now. I don´t know what is the reason to happen this.

    It happens to me pretty frequently, I usually just refresh the item page.

    Yeah, I've noticed this issue lately. Clearing browser cache helps, but it seems to show up again. Most of the time I know I bought the product, but I'll refresh the page so it shows purchased.
