Help identifying a city backdrop

I'm looking for this city backdrop but can't find it anywhere. Does anyone recognise it? Or maybe there is a similar enough backdrop that also has a night setting?

I don't recognize this, but if all you are looking for is a backdrop to fill a window, you can find lots of free pictures on Pixabay. Just sign up to download. Type in Cityscape at Night.
You can load a picture background into Daz in 2 ways:
(1) In the Environment window, change Type to Backdrop. Click on the drop-down for the map and choose Browse. Click on your picture. The background will not change direction regardless of your camera position. Be sure to have your aspect ratio match that of your picture.
(2) Create a primitive and choose pane. You will have to experiment with the size. Set this on the other side of your window.
Here's an example of a picture loaded into the Background backdrop that I whipped up real quick.

I can say with confidence that it's AI generated.
Look at the vague lines and wonky patterns in the building windows - floors that don't line up, windows of inconsistent sizes, details that get really quite blurry around transitions. All common features in AI generated images.
It is a view of the Empire State Building that shows up on many 2D graphics asset sites, with varying sky conditions. And, as @Matt_Castle pointed out, those assets are often AI generated.
For example:

Thanks all for this info! I hadn't considered it could be AI because I guess I was expecting another item in the Daz store.
https://unsplash.com/ also have lots of photos you can use freely as backdrop.
Unlikely, as DAZ has historically had issues with replicas of real buildings that aren't in the public domain. You used to be able to get a .obj model of the entire lower Manhattan area from Vanishing Point, and that could have been the genesis of this image. Unfortunately, that model is no longer available at Renderosity.
