    I looked at the OP original post and sample image.  I believe the figure/character is just Victoria 8.  I believe the texture is Fane Hair and Character for Genesis 8 Female(s), using the Tan Diffuse Preset for that character.  I believe the eye and lip textures are from the original Vicoria 8 figure.

    If you go to that artist's (SirTancrede) DA page and look through their older posts, they talk about how they create their models (I think they're Genesis 2 with a lot of their personal customizations).

    The skin is danae's London for V4.2(Rendo) converted to G3.  The model is custom and not for sale.

    he said he used genesis 3 , he start first post about this model in 2107 - 2020 and the improve happend during this period

    i try reshape it using genesis 9 but that what i get :(

    the artist start to mix some morph useing many character from genesis 3 as he said in the comment with this link

    elf.sa I love the beautiful picture you have as an avatar.

    This looks like a Japanese Idol or maybe a nice model.

    Not sure where I saw something almost similar to the big picture.

    Is possible to recreate that with a closer match, with some of the assests available here.

    I believe I looked a picture similar to that before.

    I will need to find it, is an advertisement of a product made available long ago. hope this can be a match.

    If there is any results I will post here for you to see it.

    I always thought it was a facerip of Avril Lavigne.  The lips are spot on. Same shadows.

    Same lips, same blue eyes, same eyebrows. Not the same skin, but maybe the underlining morph is from a celebrity.
