Can#t find aiko 9

I just upgraded to premiere. How do i get aiko 9 and Vicky 9 elf bonus character?

    They should automatically be in your Available section in Smart content or the Install tab.  (Though the Dark Elf would also require purchasing the Vicky 9 bundle or at least Vicky 9.)

    You do have to install the Premier Exclusives through Daz Studio - Conect>Login, check Update metadata (or use the command from the Connect menu), then  install from the install pane, the All or Avaialble           filters in Smart Content>Products pag, or though the container in the Products group in the Content Library pane.

    And unless something has changed, it may take some time after subscribing before they appear. A day at the very most, I think.
