PHOTOSHOP BRIDGE QUESTION

Has anyone encountered this error message when trying to use photoshop bridge to import DAZ material into any version of photoshop?

"Unable to UpdateScene from Daz Studio."

I have been BEGGING Daz for help but none is forthcoming. I have to get the connection working again. Everything I have is up-to-date and I use a Windows PC. 64 gigs of RAM and Windows 11.
