Is Filament's Hair Issue Fixed?

Maybe I got lucky, but I was just messing around with a Filament render, and it seems like the transparency issues with hair is fixed. I'm assuming it has something to do with the lastest update. Was just wondering if anyone else noticed this?

If you are referring to the toon hairs, that's solid geometry so it renders fine in filament. The transparency limitation for transmapped hair as Toulouse is not fixed, not even in 4.23.
