Editing Strand Based Hair in 4.23

After updating to Daz Studio 4.23, I can't seem to find the command to edit strand based hairs in the display options menu of the Scene tab under "Edit".

Just want to know if it was permanently removed from Scene tab or if my installation could be buggy.

    I don't think it's really buggy... maybe for some reason the SBH Editor hair was ever disabled or there was some glitch of Layout loading.

    You can always: press F3 in DS, drag the Editor to Scene Pane Options menu ~ and Save your Layout.

    Thank you, crosswind. I'm used to accessing SBH editor from scenes, so happy to be able to fix the layout to my preferences.
