Frontiersmen
Just purchased the "Frontiersmen" item and I guess I was confused as to what I was getting. It's only textures but I don't have any what objects to apply them to. The product page doesn't list any items that it will work with an they don't load when I double-click on them in the Content Library. If I can't use this product how can I get a refund??

For the record, that's a very old product meant to be used on David figure. It won't work "as is" on newer figures, though there are products to autofit David clothes to Genesis 1 or to Genesis 3.
So I also need David and the Steampunk Cowboy products?? Would have been nice if the store had let me know these requirements
You need at least the Steampunk Cowboy, because it's the product with the information about the clothes themselves: what you bought are only textures for it.
And you need either David if you're planning on using the clothes with the intended figure or a way to get the clothes to the figure you want to use them with.
As an example, if you want to use them with a Genesis 9 figure, you'll need one of autofit clone (either of them, but I would chose Genesis 3 if you're mainly using Genesis 3 and more recent figures) linked by Leana, use it to autofit the clothes on a Genesis 3 figure and, either save the autofitted clothes as a new product or (maybe, I don't know of it's possible, the first way should work) autofit the autofitted clothes on Genesis 9.

It's no question asked policy, so you don't have to provide any reason, just ask for it, be withing the 30 days return window and voila. They only reserve the right to suspend refund if they feel someone is abusing their policy.
It usually take a day for the refund to be issued, but it can take a bit more time if Daz support team has a big influx of requests (which is likely the case right now with the launch of Daz Premier).
