Mannequin Type Model

I've seen a couple things in the DAZ store that are kind of what I have in mind but not exactly what I want. What I'm looking for is something like this Stickybones character:

However, if possible I'd prefer to have a bit less detail in the head. If it was simplified down to just an ellipsoid that would be sufficient for me.

Please forgive me, as I know this is not exactly what you're asking for. However, it is free, and it is sort-of along the right lines. If nothing more suitable is suggested, it would be a possible option:
