10 minutes into setting this up and i need help from somone fast

i just created an acount and started to download the install wizard and now its not even recognising my acount and 100 other things

so im looking for an answer to two things

1 how long dose a request ticket take to be answered ? are they live ?

2 if not how can i get live real time help setting up let alone any learning difficulties i may have along the way.

You should get an "auto response" to your initial ticket request. The follow-up may take a day or two.

I always seem to get the best response by calling direct during office hours.

Daz is in Salt Lake City with is UTC/GMT -7 hours.  And yes, probably a day or two.  I think they've been pretty busy these last few days.

There are also threads on installation, etc- you shouldn't sit around and wait, see if you can help yourself. The forums are chocked full of similar questions and step by step answers. Google  Daz Install Manager problem, and Daz Install Manager not working, you'll get a slew of forum threads to read.

If after reading through it, you still can't move forward, post back here as someone may have an answer.
