Because is an upgrade from a Merchant REsource for V4, so i've thinked that is a Merchat Resource too.

    No I don't think it is. There's no mention of it being a merchant resource anywhere on the page.

    While the description has stuff implying it might be, there's no indication of what the usage terms might be, so I would personally assume it might as well not be. (It doesn't say there's any permission to transfer them to other bases, and trying to sell G1 characters would be a joke these days).

    I read it as the V4 version was a merchant resource but this is an 'update', and I see no mention of this being a merchant resource.

    I would say put in a ticket to ask, only Daz can really answer conclusively.

    Yes, please open a Sales ticket (not copyright abuse, since it is about what you are buying rather than something infringing or being infringed against).
