Would need help with Dforce (Lore Wizard)

Hello !
I get this kind of result when using Lore Wizard, no matter if timeline or not.
Does anyone know how to get a more natural result ?

I tried and got this.
But I made some adjustments.
The morph 'hood down' clips if at full, so I set it to 0.7-0.8 and let dForce do the rest.
And the cloak is very agile, and after I looked into it, it has a collision distance of 0.7 (mm), which I changed to the default 0.2 (mm), as the cloak worked up a lot of energy at start, that could cause issues.
