Hello,

I am from South Korea, and I have been trying to make a purchase, but I keep encountering the message, "There was an error processing this request." I have tried using multiple cards, but the issue remains the same. Is there a way to resolve this problem?

    That might be something you need to raise a support ticket for as they can probably look "behind the scenes" and see what the actual error is. Have you tried using PayPal as an alternative way to pay (if that is an available option to you)?
