Premium Service Error

I canceled premium service on 8/3 but noticed today I am still listed in AI Studio as having premium service but I have not payed for it since August. I did use it today, sorry.
 

I Could not find a ticket to cover this problem, someone please pass this along to who needs to know.

    For two days DAZ AI refuses to create images? I am a subscriber and I have been paying since the beginning. For some time now the image enlargement icon has not worked either. When will the additional functions in DAZ AI promised actually work? Once again I pay and wait .... Take care of yourself

    I have also noticed that it just keep churning,,  and then eventually aborts the image attempt.

    Richard please close this thread. My matter was taken care of and my title is probably confusing some people.
