Sculptris 6 : obsolete for current Daz figures ? (edit : is not)

Hello, i was wondering about this, few years ago Sculptris 6 used to work fine for making morphs on G2, but whenever i try something on G8F these days, it fails in Morph loader. Does it mean the program itself is no more a viable solution for G8, or could it just be a mistake on my end ?

fails in morph loader means what exactly? geometry didnt match? if so, maybe say that?
Are you exporting as base res and preserving base resolution when in your software?
Also, are you using symmetry? That used to split the emsh and weld a copy of one side on inplace of the other, which broke importing as morphs.
Thank you both for answers, yes i get "geometry didn't match" error whatever i try, i installed Blender to try with it and same error, although scene stats were showing exact same poly count in Blender, so not sure what's going on. And yes, figure was exported at base rez. And didn't use symmetry in Sculptris, cause it was saying something about quads being replaced by triangles or something when i did. Have no clue cause it used to work fine with G2 before, but I didn't do that for a couple years, so must be a mistake on my end i assume ?
Just in case, here is the method i used : http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/software/dazstudio/4/userguide/creating_content/modeling/tutorials/pbms/start
Did you remember to remove the attached eyelashes before exporting at base res from Daz Studio?
Uhhh... Nope i didn't >< , hopefully should be the culprit ! Thank you for the tip, will try again this way.
Well thanks a lot Barbult, it was the mistake , now working like it used to do a while ago.
I'm glad it was so easy to fix.
is what happens when you stop 3d for 3-4 years xD haha, thanks again.
