What does Merchant Resources mean in the Daz store? Can they be used by non-merchants? How are they different from other Daz assets?

Merchant resources are products that can be used in the creation of your own products for sale. The terms of any specific merchant resource might differ, but that's the general gist. You can, of course, use a merchant resource for your own personal use, but outside of merchant resources, products that you sell can't contain other products.

And many (most?) Merchant Resources cannot be used in any freebie that you make to give away.
